You may return most new, unopened items in a saleable condition within 15 days from the shipment date of your order for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in the same original conditions, neatly packed and with the original tag still attached. All sale items are final sale. Please note that personalized items with engraving, etching, embossing and other services may not be returned or exchanged. Please also note that all piercing services and products used for piercings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return/exchange items from your order.
